<Yukonclawnelius>The young capo had flitted away soon after her arrival in Di Vernice's territory; she'd left the corpse of her opponent there. There was no respect there for him; her eyes gazed listlessly and her orange-and-white head was settled atop of something that was a...a leg. A leg of yellow and brown; a large paw, overlarge for a dog; the shoulder joint gory and torn, that was where 'Freckles' rested her head, the side of her face curled into a fucking snarl was pressed gently into the fur of the male who had forced this on her in the first place. A silence settled in her, a strange sense of belonging and clarity, and her blue eyes narrowed in the shadow; her own small little area was marked with her scent already and the wolf's leg lingering; her head raised and her teeth showed and the side of her face curled into a smile twitched spasmodically on occasion. The pain from her lip had receded, mostly; her head lowered and the four-month-old capo puppy strode into the setting light outside; her floppy ears were mangled and force-cropped, it seemed, mangled and torn and standing straight, little stubs close to her skull. Her entire head was still stained with blood and her fur was streaked with it, giving her a red head and neck and chest, her paws spattered, her belly striped with it. She'd yet to fix it. Yet to get clean. And she didn't want to. She'd clean up on her own, not when a dog told her to--that bounciness to her was...gone, and replaced with a sullen stare that threatened and promised.

<Whitelupine>Vernice// His head swayed side to side as the large Kangal mix finally made it back to Vernice territory, his eyes were dim and distant as he walked slowly, hobbling on as he did. He then happened upon SOB, his head lifted slightly as he looked to her with a calm expression, hiding his storm inside, he was an adult... she was only a pup and had gone through the same hell, slowly Fail made his way over to her, he didn't speak to her, only gave her a look of knowing that all the dogs who had gone through that hell would share. He sat down a little ways away from her. Waiting.

<Yukonclawnelius>Her twisted face darkened and she looked at Fail--who had killed too, except he'd just ripped some dog's junk off. She'd seen all the fights; she'd seen the blood and the suffering and the death and--the six month old puppy furrowed her points and leered at Fail, before she grumbled quietly. "Mother hasn't taught us how to hunt." It was said quietly, with disgust; SOB knew how to kill, but she didn't know the technique of hunting. Her voice slurred softly, the 's' a hiss of breath out the side of her mouth. A bit of spit dribbled down the savaged, lipless side of her face, and the capo shook her head to dislodge it.

<Whitelupine>Fail's eyes softened slightly at the pup, he understood... she had seen what he had done, what all the others had done "Stuff like that comes in time." he said, his voice cracking slightly as he winced, his head hurt from where Grayson had torn into his face, and as he sat down the wound on his flank stretched, he groaned in pain then looked to her again. "... don't hold your thoughts in... I know you saw what I did..."

<Yukonclawnelius>A twist of her muzzle and SOB was eying the Kangal quietly. She was considering something, before a low murmur left that mangled mouth, a slurp with the first word. "It's not a bad thing. We all did it. To li---live." It didn't make it any better. It didn't make the leg she had in her possession any less of a consolation prize. Her jaw worked. Her mouth didn't close all the way. "--Ginger hasn't even tried. She hides. Like--" A low snarrrl. "It m--makes it better."

<Whitelupine>Fail nodded slowly as he listened to her "I.. could teach you how to hunt. If would get you out more... you're not going to be like your siblings anymore, you've grown up and that's going to be hard for a while but, they will understand. Your father came back for you, all of us, so, we should make the most out of our lives..." who are you really meaning that for Fail... the pup, or yourself.

<Yukonclawnelius>Her teeth clicked. Her gums showed. The young female sighed quietly--"He did. He wa--asss there. Despite--the--they kept him away.He was there, and h--e came back." Her voice was quiet. The young female furrowed her points and licked her mangled muzzle, and then: "I--h-had an idea. Hunting. G-ooing to hunt. Get siblings to chase the thing. And then I'll kill it. I know how to kill. So they'll hunt."

<Whitelupine>"That could work, you could even teach them some tips too... your... kill was clean.." he said, trying his best to comfort her. His brows knitted together and he stood slowly "Follow me, please." He said then turned to hobble off seemingly in a random direction.

<Yukonclawnelius>He wobbled, and she stood, on strong limbs. Her head lowered and Mavro's daughter followed Fail quietly, smiling entirely, both sides of her jaw twisted up into that joker grin. "Blinded him first. So he couldn't......see me." She remembered. Don't be a pussy. Well, she hadn't been, hm? It made her snort-laugh slightly. It was...funny, in a way she didn't care too much about. Once SOB would have been concerned. But now--no, that was just how she was. "Yours wasn't."

<Whitelupine>"I saw that" Fail cooed then.. "well, HE didn't " he said, trying to make her laugh. He hobbled his way along, walking slowly when she spoke of his kill, yes... he had fought dirty, very dirty, but... "I did what I had to do... my anger however was not towards my opponent. When Avallock drug that bastard, pardon my language, around to us all... I didn't touch him... I could not bring myself to give him the dignity of seeing me lash out. What he did to you all.... what he put you all through just..." he shook his head and kept walking until he lead her to a broken down station wagon, rusty and without wheels. "This... is my sanctuary of some sort. I come here to think when my mind gets too loud... you are welcome to share it as well..."

<Yukonclawnelius>A snort. A huff. "Wasssn't your fault." It was quiet--she wasn't excusing him or offering anything but it was true; Fail wasn't at fault entirely. They'd all had to kill. She'd had to kill--everyone had. SOB stared at the station wagon and approached it quietly, her half-face twitching, that lipless segment of mouth twitching and curling into something that was the closest she could make to a frown--"It's nnice. I like it. Homey. Sort of thing." Maybe she wasn't feeling much, but her head turned. "...I'll probably come here. I ap...appreciate...this.

<Whitelupine>Fail nodded again slowly, trying to show the pup he under stood then looked to the wagon that was a tomb for his best friend, that night seemed like so long ago... so much had happened in the past few weeks, his eyes watered over slightly but he shook his head "Feel free to come and go as you wish. Vernice may be my family, but, it's nice to be alone sometimes." He said calmly then looked up as a couple snow flakes began to fall "Winter will be exciting for you and your siblings... it'll be nice to see you all experience your first snow... a memory your father will have with you that I never got to experience." He was thinking allowed more so then trying to tell her something, to him, it helped.

<Yukonclawnelius>The capo stared at the wagon before her, and her ear stumps...swiveled. Twisted. A little curl of her lips. Oh. This would be good. She would come here when agitated, SOB decided--and so she looked to the Kangal. Something...resembling emotion. "I hope so...I hope..." She curled her lip up and stared at the wagon because there was definitely more to do...with that...thing.

<Whitelupine>Fail turned his head to look from the sky back to the station wagon "... better get you home...." he said calmly then turned and began hobbling back for the compound, his head hanging low and swaying with each step.

<Yukonclawnelius>SOB looked at Fail and her points furrowed, again. The Capo licked the wounded half of her muzzle, and then she posed a question, seemingly ignoring what Fail had contributed beforehand:"Teach us how to hunt. None of us know...all I know's....k-killling. Not because of her, either. 'M supposed to..." Her teeth showed on both sides of her mouth for a moment. "We'll figure it out.

<Whitelupine>FAIL/// Fail returned to the Vernice territory, his body seeming to begin to abandon him for a while, he looked to the capo pup beside him with a feeble smile "Well, you're a smart pup, you'll figure it out in good time.
